Subscriptions, Refunds & No Chargebacks Policy

- All fees are final and non-refundable, including for unused time, partial-month access, or dissatisfaction with content.
- You are solely responsible for managing or canceling your subscription prior to renewal. Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic billing for the next subscription period.
- Access to premium content is licensed to you and does not constitute ownership. Content, features, and access levels may be changed or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
- THE HAZE reserves the right to maintain or deny cancellation requests or continued access at its sole discretion—particularly in cases of abuse, manipulation, or chargeback threats.
- No chargebacks or payment disputes will be tolerated. By subscribing, you waive the right to dispute charges with your financial institution. Attempted chargebacks may result in a permanent ban and legal action.
- All subscription fees and payments made to The Haze are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree to be billed in advance on a recurring basis and understand that no partial or full refunds will be issued for unused time or unaccessed content.
- You further acknowledge and agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution for a valid subscription constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. The Haze reserves the right to deny future access, terminate subscriptions, and pursue recovery of any costs associated with the chargeback process, including legal fees.
- If you have an issue with billing, please contact us directly at christian@thehaze.reviews prior to taking any dispute action, so we may assist in resolving the matter.
Affiliate Disclosure
THE HAZE may participate in affiliate marketing programs and may include affiliate links within content. This means THE HAZE may earn a commission if you click through and make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. These links do not influence the objectivity of our reviews or content.
Disclaimer of Warranties
