State licensing and restrictions can be a hassle, and there may be more hurdles than footholds to licensing approval. Columbia Care already has a license to cultivate in DC, however, as a multi-state operator they seem to have had the resources to procure a second license under the name Center City Cultivation. This is all speculation though, as Columbia Care has not openly claimed Center City as a subsidiary.
Regardless, Center City Cultivation has been gaining increasing popularity over the last year due to their fantastic quality and rapidly expanding strain catalog.
