State licensing and restrictions can be a hassle, and there may be more hurdles than footholds to licensing approval. Columbia Care already has a license to cultivate in DC, however, as a multi-state operator they seem to have had the resources to procure a second license under the name Center City Cultivation. This is all speculation though, as Columbia Care has not openly claimed Center City as a subsidiary.

Regardless, Center City Cultivation has been gaining increasing popularity over the last year due to their fantastic quality and rapidly expanding strain catalog. Every new phenotype they have cultivated in the last year has been a success in some shape or form. One of their most recent drops, Carmelita #2, has been getting a lot of attention.
